We’re psychotherapists, and teachers of psychotherapy, but know that this isn’t the way for everyone. We also know that a little insight and skill in the field of human relationships can go a long way, so we’d like to find a way of helping people to add value to their existing interpersonal skills: a little more self-awareness, a more attentive presence, a ‘safer space’, can be surprisingly life-changing, enhancing our quality of living and our relationships.

A psychotherapist and counselling psychologist, teacher, supervisor, partner, mother, friend, someone who has lived as a ‘stranger’ for her adult life, dedicated to the biblical injunction ‘tikkun olum’(repair the world), and the practice of ethical living.
